The Service Offerings and Agreements (SOA) is the one of the modules from ITIL Service Capability Stream which mainly focuses on practical application of SOA practices which helps in enabling service level, portfolio, demand supplier, service catalogue, supplier and financial management.
The course will provide with the knowledge of management level concepts and core information of the activities and techniques within SOA. The course content of SOA is mainly based on best practice guidance contained in ITIL Service Strategy and ITIL Service Design Publications.
